1. Booking & Payments
By booking a stay at NHC Homes Kisumu, you agree to the following payment terms:
- Payments are accepted primarily via M-Pesa (Send Money to 0722 349 029 - Rita
Kinyanyi).
- A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and verified.
- Rates are subject to change, but your confirmed booking price is guaranteed.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard Check-in: From 2:00 PM.
- Standard Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
- Late Check-out: Subject to availability and must be discussed with the host in advance.
3. House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and maintain our property standards:
- No Cleaning Fee: We do not charge a separate cleaning fee, but guests are expected to
leave the unit in a reasonably tidy state.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units.
- No Parties: Loud music, events, or parties are not allowed.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Guests are expected to specify the number of people during booking for better preparation.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Full Refund: For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in
time.
- No Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.
- Early departures (checking out before the agreed date) are non-refundable.
6. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. This section explains how we handle your information:
- Information Collection: We collect details such as your name, phone number, and email
address via our contact form to facilitate bookings.
- Data Usage: Your information is strictly used for communication regarding your stay and
is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Data Security: We implement standard security measures to protect your personal data
from unauthorized access.
- Cookies: Our website may use basic cookies to enhance your browsing experience (e.g.,
remembering your dark mode preference).
7. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
- NHC Homes is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Please ensure all balcony doors and windows are locked when leaving the unit.
